The mission of the Oncology, Hematology and Radiation Oncology (OHRO) club is to encourage students interested in the field of hematology-oncology, radiation oncology, and clinical practice. This includes oncology subspecialties including medical oncology-hematology, pediatric oncology, pediatric hematology, radiation oncology, neuro-oncology, gynocology-oncology, and surgical oncology. The goal is to increase exposure to hematology-oncology, help students interested in the fields to find mentors within the field of oncology and make connections with students interested in family practice and rural health to encourage a great oncologist-primary care provider relationship that will be essential to provide quality care to our future patients!
