ACOOG, or the OBGYN club, works with the OBGYN Department to foster and develop awareness & interest in the specialty of Obstetrics & Gynecology among the medical student population; to facilitate interested students to develop highly competitive Residency Applications; to increase awareness of women’s health issues; to educate students about sub-specialties in OBGYN and the services provided by women’s health physicians; and to coordinate service & shadowing opportunities which promote the health and well-being of women in our community.
